This Privacy Policy explains how JET SHARING MOBILITY LLC (“Jet Sharing Mobility”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website cartaclara.com and our services, including our online menu management, table bookings, and AI-based receptionist features (“Services”).

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact info (restaurant admins): name, email, phone, business details you provide.
• Customer booking data (end customers): name, contact details, booking date/time, party size, notes.
• AI receptionist interactions: chat/call/WhatsApp message content and metadata; if voice features are enabled, audio is processed by our communications provider and may be retained per your settings.
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, IP address, browser, cookies.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Menu content and images you upload.

2. How we use information

• Provide the Services: host and manage your online menu, process table bookings, and operate the AI receptionist.
• Improve and personalize features; provide customer support and safety/security.
• Communicate about accounts, service updates, and—with your consent—marketing and WhatsApp messages.
• Comply with law, prevent fraud, and secure our Services.

3. Sharing

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, communications/telephony like WhatsApp or voice carriers) under contract.
• Legal, safety, and compliance needs.
• Business transfers (merger, acquisition).

5. WhatsApp and voice communications

We only message you on WhatsApp if you provide your phone number and explicit opt‑in. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us. If you enable voice features, calls are routed via our telephony provider and may be logged or recorded per your settings and applicable law.

7. Roles: controller vs. processor

For restaurant admin account data, we are the controller. For end-customer data processed on your behalf (e.g., bookings, messages to your AI receptionist), you are the controller and we act as your processor.

8. Data retention & security

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above and secure it with appropriate technical and organizational measures. You can request deletion where applicable.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your state or country. We use safeguards where required.

10. Children

Our Services are not for children under 13.
