Scope
This Policy applies to our SaaS for online menu management, table bookings, and AI-based receptionist features.
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
- First‑time purchases: full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
- Renewals: refunds are not offered after the renewal date, except where required by law.
One‑time Services (if applicable)
Refunds within 7 days if the service has not been started or delivered (e.g., onboarding, menu digitization).
Usage‑based Charges
Third‑party messaging/telephony fees (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS/voice) and consumed usage credits are non‑refundable once used.
How to Cancel/Request Refund
Email info@cartaclara.com with your account email and order ID.
No Physical Shipping
We provide digital services; no physical goods are shipped.
